I bought a chessboard with a large offset, the 2 sides didn t line up at all. After being offered terrible compensation like 10% off their store I left a negative review. They harassed me to revise and after 30 messages each way finally agreed to send me a new product after refusing to refund. The new board lines up slightly better but is still not perfect.
