- r***p (879)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseOne of the stairs I purchased had a step that was broken into 2 pieces upon opening the box it was delivered in, and there were smaller broken pieces scattered through the box which was disappointing and frustrating, luckily I am quite handy and glued it together but any other person would have found it a huge frustration and disappointment. Perhaps bubble wrapping the items in the box would prevent this from happening.
