    not a magic pill, works like it should!

    I use this along with slim fast shakes for my breakfast every day- it does what it promises, it keeps you feeling full to curb cravings. I also feel more energetic after taking it... I've taken it for two weeks now and I've lost 5 lbs. Not a lot to some, but to me it has helped me work back towards my goal weight (which I was only 10 lbs shy of). This isn't a magical weight loss pill, you do have to do minimal exercise and change up your diet a bit. Weight loss in itself is a journey, a diet is just that - a diet. In order for something to really be effective you need to figure out how to make it work for you and stay committed. This pill may not work for everyone, just be aware of that!

    Overall I was disappointed

    So I got this product to help me maybe loose a few pounds and to give me a boost of energy it gave me a lot of energy the first three days I took it after that I started taking two at a time but that’s not working well either price was great it’s cheap but maybe it works differently on everyone

    No snacks.

    Have taken for few years. Do not use as a diet supplement but helps control hunger cravings throughout the day. Does not feel speedy or let you sleep. Take one in morning and still eat normal lunch and dinners without snacking.

    Good Product For A Great Price

    I have been taking this now for about 6 weeks and my appetite has really decreased. I eat once a day and it's always something very light. I have no desire to eat candy and chips and other junk foods as I did before. I haven't felt any real increase in energy but I bought it to kill my appetite so mission accomplished! haven't has any adverse effects to this product either. I am very happy with my results so far. I never thought an over the counter product would actually work but surprise, surprise! By the way I have lost 10 pounds so far.

    Lightweight and affordable

    I have been taking dexatrim for a couple weeks, and although there are no adverse side effects, I don't see any change in my eating habits. My hopes were, that it would curb my appetite and give me a bit more energy. But that doesn't appear to be the case.
