Machine gets bogged down on the ice and stops so you have to wait for the motor to wind up again then try again. One hopper of ice takes about 4 attempts. Also and probably even more importantly the kill switch spring is too long so it doesn't cut out even when open 1/2 way so you can reach into the hopper with the blades powering along.
