I have given negative feedback, because they sent an item that was not the one shown in their listing. Then, when I started the refund process, they offered a discount and suggested I keep the item or give it to someone else with a discount offered, because they said it would be costly for me to pay the return postage. Not the way I expect an eBay seller to behave.
