Bought this, then about an hr later sent a request to cancel order because I decided to go oem instead. Seller didn't respond for 2 days then declined it saying it was already shipped out. I KNOW it wasn't shipped already when I requested the cancel... kinda bull***t if you ask me. Mounting bolts that came with it are a little shorter than oems. decided to clean up and reuse the factory bolts instead. It'll work fine but isn't equal to the oem quality for sure (hence the cheaper cost vs oem).

Tried to contact the seller and they have yet to reply. Packaging was extremely poor. Box containing water pump was thrown into an Amazon style bag and shipped with no regard for protection during transit. Water pump looks to be undamaged but the gasket is “brand new” and was broken due to being crushed during transit. NEVER buying from these guys again.

The part that was sent was incorrect and not as pictured, hence it did not fit. Plus the package looked as if it had been returned a couple of times and had hand written notes on the box. I only used this seller because it appeared to be in Delaware and would be delivered in two days. However, the part was shipped out of California using FedEx ground which takes 4-5 days to go coast to coast. I had to wait several days just to get a return label so that I could send it back (4 days) to CA.
