Like pictured, brand new in a sealed box, I was able to dropped the Sim card from Metro and my memory sd card at home and in minutes I got a new phone much better price and better cellphone than the ones offered by Metro. I order two phones , one for my wife and one for me, my came with a European charger and I contacted the seller and they sent me an original Samsung with no problems, great communication and great customer service, I totally recommend them 👍 Happy Customer 😀

The product description said it was new, and I received it after confirming with a message that it was new again. The packaging looked new, but the contents did not. I saw a comment that someone had tried to make it look new, and that person was the correct reviewer. And the delivery took almost two months. They offered to compensate me $15, but I didn't need that much money and thought it would be better to leave a review. I ended up buying it back from Amazon and am happy with it.
