Artikel wurde durch einen Fehler von DHL an eine Postfiliale geliefert, dadurch wären mir zur Abholung ca 5 Euro zusätzliche Kosten entstanden. Der Verkäufer ist unschuldig und kann nichts dafür. Daher habe ich das Paket nicht abgeholt. Der Verkäufer kann absolut nichts dafür und ich möchte mich ausdrücklich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen, die ihm durch die Rücksendung des Artikels entstanden sind. Der Fehler lag ausschließlich bei DHL. Der Versand durch den Verkäufer war einwandfrei.
