Funko Pop was marked as "New". Yet it had bad box damage and the shipping box had zero damage. Which me it was damaged BEFORE it was packed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. Poor communication as well.

We offered a full refund upon return of the product and was going to send a return label as well so that there was no additional cost. Buyer stated they have no way to print out label and refused the return shipping label.
