    Simmer Mat Heat Diffuser Innovation

    Just the right size. Looks & feels sturdy, not flimsy. Have used it just about every day since receiving it. Most importantly it works, no more burned on messed in the pots & pans. Was a good buy!

    Works well as advertised.

    Product is good quality. Comes with clear instructions stating that it is to be used only over low heat. I have used it over low heat and it works well considering that cooking times are longer than would be normal when using a typical skillet alone without the SimmerMat Heat Diffuser under it. I used it for heating water in a glass pot and it worked well.
