The seller despatched promptly and the item was exactly as described - suitable for my Supreme track. But to help other buyers, the Swish product itself was not suitable for my heavyweight curtains, though I thought it was suitable for mid-heavy weight curtains. I have since removed it from my track. The arm was being pulled down thus causing the part to effectively 'brake' on the track making it very difficult to pull the curtains. This is no fault of the seller.

    Swish curtain parts.

    The product wasn’t genuine Swish. It didn’t have the logo as genuine Swish do and was not in Swish packaging. Compared to the genuine one you could see the inferior quality. It has done the job. As for the durability only time will tell.

    A Godsend

    I really thought that my curtain rail was finished and that I was faced with buying a complete new rail if I wanted my curtains to cross over again. Then I thought I'd take a look in the vain hope of finding the crossover part and found this. It wasn't easy to fit but it was worth the effort. A great buy.

    Current version of the Swish Overlap Arm Set - compatible but might need fettling

    Newer version of the old Swish components I'm replacing (they broke). Quite a tight fit, not an easy job. If you're using them to repair an old rail like me you might need to file a bit off the plastic tabs that fit into the rail, to make the whole thing move more easily.
