Left the tank on my 2007 XR650R somewhat full of the ethanol based premium gas that I was running in it, (should be banned from being manufactured), for months without draining and using elsewhere (My fault). I drained the tank, removed the petcock, found the screen was disintegrating and inner valve gasket was rotting. Changed out the unit I had with one of these without any issues. Perfect fit and everything I needed. Works Great!!!!
