I knew before buying I'd need to fold a few inches of the strap back round through the loop to shorten it. No problems doing this at all. Strap locks are a nice and tight fit too for that added reassurance. Exactly what I was looking for and saves my back and shoulders! I'm sure I'll get another bass and I'll buy another when that happens. Thanks for such a smooth transaction!!๐๐ธ๐

Its a very populous area with lots of pedestrian through traffic and anyone could have reached through and taken the parcel. Demu Gears were utterly brilliant, they told me to 'refuse' the item and they will reimburse me in due course. I could not ask for better service.
