Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

    Anout the printer I purchased.

    The Canon PIXMA iP6700D Photo printer I purchase in September is very good. It arrived on-tone as promised and it is working nicely. When I printed photos they came out very clear. The only draw back are: 1) you forgot to send me the installation disk. Luckily, I have one on hand from my old printer. 2) some spots of ink around the edge of the page (not on the photos). Thank you.

    "Back-to-the-Future": "old" printer reborn!

    This printer (made in 2006 (!!!) was never surpassed by any succeeding model (I've checked them all) - not in any category/feature: quality - both product's and Printing; Feeder Switch; reliability (my previous, same exact model, lasted 14 years); duplex printing; large LCD with superb menus, etc. By getting it NEW-IN-THE-BOX I did get a "Back-to-the-Future" experience!. The only drawback of getting printer that "old" - NO software for current MacOS. Otherwise, GREAT BUY!

    The control panel never work. The printer was throwing error messages. Replace the print heads and ink cartridges 3 times. Not a fan.
