- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseFast shipping, product seems clean, the purpose of the product is clear, unfortunately the product will take some time to get used to and may ultimately change the shape of your upper and lower teeth and jaw—with only a few hours of using it I stopped because it hurt a little bit, but seemed to be changing my jaw and teeth more than braces did in middle school—I’ll try again tonight, as I hope it cures my snoring and sleep apnea. For the price, it is a no brained to try out. A+ seller.

At first I would put some water in it to keep my tongue moist throughout the night ,but now I just put it on before I get drowsy. My spouse loves it because I don't snore with it on. These things are so inexpensive that I keep one everywhere I might fall asleep.
