Polite kind and courteous. The communication with this company was first rate. The product was delivered on time with regular Evri updates which was appreciated. As for the price of the product compared to a genuine Makita battery it was remarkable. They do not last as long under load as a genuine battery but definitely hold there own. Conclusion if would want a genuine Makita battery buy one! If your looking for a cheaper alternative or a spare I would highly recommend this product.
