The scales were delivered completely to the wrong address and box and packaging looked like had been thrown out of the delivery van thankfully no damage on the outside of the scales but the pin that works the leaver the springs attach to had come out un screwed the side panel and refitted it working weighting alright now if the outside habit been damage I would have returned it .I have experience many damaged parcels recently I take full responsibility for the repair I have done S D SANDARS.
