The seller sent damaged items badly dented and scored yet the packaging was in excellent condition. This only illustrates that the damaged items were deliberately sent. I have tried to contact the seller after the initial complaint where they offered to replace the jug+tumblers and tumblers (2 separate orders) AND to fully refund the purchase prices of each. I have sent multiple messages and they are continually ignoring my requests. In my opinion I have been deliberately deceived and cheated!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. My copper water bottle arrived broken—-leaking in 1 1/2-2” seam despite good packaging. The seller promised to send me a new one and not to bother to return the old one. They never sent me a new water bottle. I reached out twice asking for the tracking number and if they had sent it. They will not reply to me.
