My only complaint is that I tried to cancel the accidental order(child hit purchase while I was debating on the price vs another product) and two days later they shipped it. They did message me to let me know they would provide a free return if I wanted. I did decide to keep the nail gun as I was going to end up with one eventually and I will be ordering from them again.
