It was a bit slow in arriving, but overall seller was good. Product was terrible, but was as described so my own fault, did not fit my guitar at all and so entirely useless, I also didn't realise I couldn't just use it for one or two notes because it covers the strings making the guitar unplayable. That was also me not thinking it through. Seller was alright, product was silly.
