I cannot vouch if this product was used / diluted or even the product they say it is, as no security seal was on the cap. This is very unusual as BMW have to transport it at some point.
I received a full refund, which I am thankful for, however, can't recommended as the bottle was not sealed. It was wrapped in clingfilm, and because there was no seal (e.g., foil seal) under the cap the product leaked everywhere.
They said it must have gotten damaged in transport, but that is simply not true.
