This unit was advertised as having an automatic drain but arrived with a manual drain. I contacted them to tell them about it. They came back and said that it was an advertising error and would give me $107.00 back which I agreed to and they did. The unit arrived quickly, was well packaged and they are an honorable company to deal with. I would buy from them again.
