Ich habe zwei Sicherheitsrelais bestellt, welche mit Hermes zugestellt werden sollten. Da Hermes die Adresse nicht finden konnte, wurde das Paket zurückgesendet. Der Verkäufer bot mir daraufhin einen Versand per Dhl an und übernahm die zusätzlichen Kosten. Als die Relais ankamen, war ein Relais defekt. Der Verkäufer antwortete schnell und bot mir ein neues Relais an, welches er ebenfalls mit Dhl versendete. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Service und ebenfalls gute Preise!
