Great service. I ordered this on Sunday afternoon, and now it's Tuesday afternoon and I just finished my first soak in my new foot bath. I have size 12UK feet and they fit comfortably in this unit. I do have to sit with my legs at more of a right angle to the unit, so it's on a dining chair, not reclining on the lounge, but that's fine by me. BUT NOT REALLY PRACTICAL IN THE SENSE OF IT IS VERY HIGH, CAN'T REALLY GET COMFORTABLE, HAVE TO PUT A TOWEL ON THE BACK OF TUB FOR MY CALF AS IT PUSHES ON THE EDGE WHILE BATHING. CAN'T REALLY RELAX AS THE MASSAGER TENDS TO MOVE YOUR FEET AROUND INSTEAD OF RELAXING. IT BUBBLES UP BUT THATS ALL IT DOES. SORRY BUT ONLY BEING HONEST.
