Doctor Who - Spearhead From Space
I have been a fan of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) every since the late 70s. The Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) is the only one who comes close to my favorite doctor. I have seen some of the others, but these two are the best in my opinion. Having been a fan since "way back when", I felt ashamed that I have never seen an episode from the first three doctors. I decided to try out the Third Doctor (John Pertwee) in his first adventure, The Spearhead From Space. I was not disappointed. John Pertwee is a combination of the Fourth Doctor and James Bond. The Spearhead From Space combines 60s/70s schlock with great storytelling and entertaining performances. I highly recommend this adventure to those who harken back to the simpler days of sci-fi television. Bravo, John Pertwee! I ... Doctor Who, Part of the Jon Pertwee Collection.

The Autons invade Earth, and the Doctor has arrived on Earth to stop them. The Doctor tries to convince U.N.I.T.'s Brigadier Lethbridge-Steward that he is still the same Doctor, even though he has a new body due to regeneration.
