The unit works fine, But the Software to run it cannot be downloaded from the link they give. It is located on a web site in China and some USA internet providers like mine has firewall blocks in place to prevent downloads from there. You will have to find the software somewhere else on internet. Which I did. The description does not mention anything about having to download software from china.

First of all, this seller is like scam. I had requested to cancel this order due to there’s a better deal on eBay. However, he responded me after a few days stating that it was already shipped, therefore no cancel could be provided, what a liar!
Besides, it took 3 weeks for me to receive the item and I’m only 50 miles away from the seller. What a liar!
The product is not metal chain, it’s some cheap plastic that broken apart in the first 5 minutes.
