Well packaged with very thick cardboard and the reatail box inside that for even more padding, fast dispatch + delivery, decently priced considering what some other people are asking.
Unsure about seller communication as I am English and they are German, so there is a language barrier, but I have contacted this seller before for help regarding the warranty on another item and never got a reply, so do with that information what you will. No issues with the vehicle this time though so that's good.
