Purchased purple long handle brush & dustpan. Plastic handle came off brush pole within 2 weeks of purchase. I spent a lot of time trying to get refund from seller whilst I am ill. I am disabled & struggle to bend down. Couldn’t use item to sweep house which was whole purpose of buying it so I don’t have to bend down. Seller insisted on partial refund or only sending out a new brush. Initially Seller refused full refund. Poor quality item & customer service. I wouldn’t recommend seller.

The item came broken they asked for receipt that i had sent them back so i sent pictures, They are still messing me about for a refund, i ordered another set from Amazon the other day came next day in bubble wrap like you expect them to come. But if you want to get messed order with these guys.

The scales were delivered completely to the wrong address and box and packaging looked like had been thrown out of the delivery van thankfully no damage on the outside of the scales but the pin that works the leaver the springs attach to had come out un screwed the side panel and refitted it working weighting alright now if the outside habit been damage I would have returned it .I have experience many damaged parcels recently I take full responsibility for the repair I have done S D SANDARS.
