Seller went to extraordinary lengths to get me to revise my original feedback. After initially offering a partial refund with me keeping the product (the description of which lacked a vital detail that made it useless to me), I am now promised a full refund on return of the item. I know that eBay will make sure I get my money back, but full marks to the seller for trying so hard to resolve the issue.

Seller offered a 30% refund to save me the hassle of returning the item. It is indeed a hassle, but what good is a partial refund if the product is 100% no good?
