Kommunikation auf Grund eines Problems war ok... Zubehör trotzdem nicht erhalten.
Aber beim Auspacken merkte ich schon, dass dieses Paket schon mal geöffnet wurde. Es waren 2 Klebebandstreifen übereinander. Das untere wurde schon mal durchgeschnitten. Beim öffnen fehlte Zubehör. Ohne Zubehör konnte ich dieses Gerät nicht nutzen. Als ich den Händler anschrieb, sicherte er mir zu, das fehlende Zubehör zukommen zu lassen.
Dies ist leider nicht passiert.
