Seller initially offered a discount to keep the items and eventually issued a full refund. The seller told me it was damaged during transit and they would offer me a partial refund. I told them I wasn't looking for a refund but a replacement part for the 1 piece that was damaged. They dont want to send another part. I cannot receive a refund on the card I used to purchase because its inactive and I'm not giving my new card #. Not resolved.
