Ordered 2 packs of 12 water spikes - received 2 spikes, both damaged due to being sent in a plastic bag with no protection. So, where are the other 22 spikes? Contacted the seller, who said that sending the remaining spikes will be "too slow, too messy and the package may get lost". Seller offers partial refund for remaining spikes - I say no - I want the items. Seller insists several times, I say no. I finally accept, as I suspect seller doesn't have the items, seller requests positive review.
