Item arrived as described. Reasonable shipping time. If you need to re-pair or need to program a new fob,this is your GO TO DEVICE!!!. Dealer wanted a lot more to program... 90.00 for one(I needed two). So 90+90=180.00 plus tax. They also told me ONLY THEY can program a OEM fob and one must buy the fob from them@ 250.00.=500.00 Now we are at $860.00 plus tax. The device was less than 75 dollars. OEM fobs 2 for 35. The device works in less than 30 seconds... 16 Enclave 14 Traverse. Saved Me$$$$
