Mediocre Soundtrack
The music was mediocre at best, the movie was slightly better than the soundtrack. I would not recommend this CD unless this is your genre and the movie is something that tickles your fancy. The mix of music for one was not put together correctly and there is too much of a mix of asian, modern pop that was probably initially good but failed somewhere in the development and seemed too rushed. I'm certain some of the songs were shoved on a compact disk and used for filler. Brokedown Palace is a Jewel!
This is a captivating and heartwrenching story about two young American girls wrongly convicted in a corrupt Thai justice system where money means far more than justice. From its early moments to the bittersweet end this movie will keep your interest. In an era filled with mind numbing stupidity coming out of Hollywood, this film provides a deep and poignat look into the frailities of life and how quickly things can change. The full screen is better than the widescreen for this film, but in any event few people who spend 90 minutes with this film will ever regret it.This is a captivating and heartwrenching story about two young American girls wrongly convicted in a corrupt Thai justice system where money means far more than justice. From its early moments to the bittersweet end this movie will keep your interest. Brokedown Palace - Original Soundtrack
Great Soundtrack. The soundtrack has some of the older better pics that you almost never here today on the radio. It was nice to here some good music again. I really enjoyed the soundtrack. I play this at my office all the time and everyone enjoys the cd.

I used to own this very CD years ago... I lost it during a few moves or might have lost it to a roomate. I am so glad that I was able to find it and that I am able to enjoy it again. Thank goodness for eBay...
