Very frustrating and annoyed trying to communicate with seller. Repeatedly experienced a "Who's on first?" back and forth through email. Painstakingly spelled out my needs and seller just did not get it. Not sure if seller cancelled my order for a RJ45 which consists of three pieces and then shipped only one of the three. If so, it was the wrong part that I painstakingly described at the beginning of the communication. Very good products but I'll have to buy elsewhere. Sad.
