My order did not arrive when expected based on their despatch time, I messaged after waiting a week and there was a day’s wait to get a response. The seller kindly resolved the matter by sending my fabric out using the Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery yesterday and it arrived safely today. I wonder if the seller is simply overwhelmed with orders & needs some help?
