The throttle shaft did not have the protrusion that drives the throttle position sensor. We swapped shafts from the original carb and that worked fine. In doing so it was noticed that the wee screws that secure the throttle plate to the shaft were not very tight; would NOT want these to get sucked in. We made them tight, Loctited and staked for security. All in all, well worth it. Recommended. Would buy again.
