Good for mild exercise
This is very sturdy and great for an elderly woman like myself. It has no tention so if you want to build muscles it's probably not for you. It is great for me as it keeps my legs strong and helps the pain in my knees. Love that I can sit anywhere and use it. Doesnt seem like such a task. I never did like exercising. The only thing I don't like is the digital readout has such small letters you can't the letters. The numbers are large and clear. You just can't see if your on distance, calories etc. from the chair you're sitting in.This is very sturdy and great for an elderly woman like myself. Great value-Lightweight
I just had knee replacement surgery and I am quite pleased with how the pedaler works. It has smooth movement to it and it is not heavy at all, which allows me to move it where I want it. I would definitely recommend this item.
