The seller was responsive to inquiry and shipped them quickly. The seller was also reasonable about the price. The boots were listed in "pre-owned," and "like new" condition. Due to some creases and pressure points on the leather, I am not sure "like new" is the best descriptor. I think these were factory seconds, which is fine. All that said, for the price, this was a great deal.
