The seller helpful in the beginning. Answering numerous questions about the unit, and continuously assuring me that it would work in my car( sent picture of old unit) I had an offer from another dealer on eBay at a significantly lower price, and gave him a chance to match offer,(negative response). To make the unit work, would require 3+ plus hours to rewire car, code did not work. Cost me $80 labor+ shipping. He became nasty and insulting .He knows everything and everyone else was stupid.

Linda, I said from the beginning this radio would work for your Acura. It required one plug not being connected and the rest was rewiring the pins in the one plug to get this to work. Anyone with a schematic could do this install. When I called on the phone to being called a liar with the attitude on your end was enough for anyone to not want to talk for more than 30 seconds. I tried my best to help you on your 20+ year old car. You were also refunded ASAP with damage to my radio on the return.
