I found it difficult to settle the moon to levitate ... not sure I've truly mastered it even now. But along the way the seller allowed me to try a second example and I found their customer support first rate in every way. Once levitating I love it as does my grandson. At the time of purchase the sellers advert described the item origin as USA made and because of this I selected their offer over others available (truly.) Annoyingly, but I guess not surprisingly, the item box stated made in China.

I have many apologies to make to this Company. My original comment was for a different company, who I was let down by for the same item. I have reordered my item from this company, and await delivery. It might help if feedback instructions are not requested until orders are received?

Fake seller! DO NOT USE
Delivery went past the 2 wk forecast but a further 7 days!
They blame the courier staying livery been tried twice and a card left ( all lies)
The tracking system makes NO MENTION of a failed delivery, or even an attempted delivery.
They’ve ignored my request to be refunded 2!
The issues is THEIRS as THEY have a contract with the courier not I.
They’re hiding behind this and I don’t belive this is a legitimate seller.
