The item was as described when I eventually received it. It was sent to the wrong address even though the address was clearly printed ( the fault of the courier?). Not happy considering how expensive the postage cost was for the item. The information sent to me was that it was delivered, when in fact it was not. We had to backtrack the journey and contact an earlier stopover of the parcel.
