The pipe I received didn't look like the one in the listing. Mine was gold/yellow. They never apologized and are not making any effort to correct their mistake. I asked for a replacement and was just told to return it. I've contacted them several times asking if I repurchase the item can they send me another one that actually looks like the photo in the listing, but helping me isn't a priority. Luckily Ebay allowed me to return it for a refund.
