At -36.87 latitude, perpendicular to full sun at midsummer midday (990W/m2), maximum current obtainable was 1.1A @15.8V. This is 17.4Watts. I do not see how 40W could be obtained, even at the equator (1072W/m2). The description of power rating is very misleading. Otherwise, it functions and postage was very rapid. Connectors provided with panel are not IP65 (outdoor) rated and need to be substituted for proper waterproof connectors.
