These items were not as described (and packed poorly). The listing stated these items to be "New-with no signs of use or wear". While they were in their original boxes, two of the boxes contained heavily used and damaged chargers. One box did appear to be new. Unfortunately, the seller was not willing to accept a return/refund until I processed request a "not as described" claim. I then had to hassle to pack up, with my materials, and take to the post office, at my cost, to get my refund.
