    The package fell off of the FedEx truck and was found by a citizen who contacted Sneedfull Things because they couldn't get up with FedEx, but when they did the pictures showed how FedEx wrapped them. Sneedfull Things reached out to me letting me know what was going on. I have rated Sneedfull Things for his care and cooperation, but if the product does not work as it should I am sure it's probably because of falling off of the truck.     Works great. Only setback for me was that it doesn't go high enough and it doesn't go low enough. I'm a little concerned about the mesh fabric. There looked like there is a flaw in the fabric when it arrived from shipping. I hope it doesn't tear through.
