The tiger eye had a flaw that I didn t see in the photo. I couldn t use it in my work and after the seller was informed I received a full refund. All the other stones I ordered were very nice. I do not have any problems with this seller. Communication was in fact extremely courteous and even trying to make it better because of disappointment.
