When it stalled according to tracking I sent a note to the seller to check progress, they responded but still sat a the carrier for a few more days. I contacted EBay went the item was late, and was told to wait another week. The package moved to another location, and froze there. Today I received a refund for the item, then later received the item in the mail. Now I know the reason it was delayed, the item was damaged. All good
