The first statue that came was broken due to rough handling during shipping, but the seller quickly reached out and compensated another new statue with no charge. We’ve ordered from them before and their products have been exceptional and great quality. They also have good customer service. The rough shipping was not their fault as the package had traveled from Egypt to the US and was inspected by customs multiple times.
