I weight 73kgs and this scooter carries me along nicely, up to 33+ kmh, and can easily go up 30+ degree incline hills.. I was sceptical at purchase but it works great

There is only one flaw I think can be easy fix is power charge rapper is not very easy to cover the hole. I dont expect too much on the performance. As a entry level scooter, speed and battery usage is good enough.

Now iv been trying to contact the store all day I haven't had not one reply which is so rude and disrespectful all I want is the money back so that i can get my son a birthday present in time they're quick to take the money but when its time to refund it I get GHOSTED!!👻 NOT KOOL!!!

But, the packaging was a mess – the weights were practically falling out of a really banged-up box. A bit more care with how you pack things would definitely help your business. I'm not sure I'd take the risk of ordering again.
